Client Relationship Specialist
S&A Group | Hybrid (Birmingham, AL)
S&A Group is seeking dependable and professional individuals to join our team as Client Relationship Specialists. This role combines client support services and sales, working with individuals who have requested information about our services, so there is no cold calling.
This is a structured position with training, clear expectations, and compensation tied to performance.
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients who have requested information and guide them through available benefit options
- Assist current clients with account updates, billing questions, and general support
- Recommend appropriate benefit options based on client needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
- Provide a professional and efficient experience in every interaction
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Access to a laptop or tablet, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
- High school diploma or GED required
Compensation & Schedule
- $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on performance
- Additional bonuses and incentives available
- Hybrid role, fully remote days weekly
