Digital Sales Performance Manager

Walser Automotive Group is hiring a Digital Sales Performance Manager for Burnsville Mazda. In this role, you will own digital sales performance, turning online interest into showroom traffic and sales. You’ll manage lead response, CRM utilization, and follow-up strategies for internet, chat, and phone leads, ensuring a fast, transparent, and customer-centered experience. Partnering with sales leadership and marketing, you’ll analyze KPIs, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also train and coach the sales team on digital selling best practices, supporting growth in volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
