Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential virtual environment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices that respect and reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, keeping thorough records that enhance patient care.

• Engage in virtual consultations with colleagues, participate in ongoing training sessions, and attend regular team meetings to foster professional development and peer support.

• Tailor your therapy focus to align with specific interests and expertise, whether it be supporting children with anxiety, behavioral issues, or facilitating couples’ communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote LCSW, your primary focus will be on school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. You will play an integral role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and academic stressors. Your work will positively impact the academic and personal lives of youth by providing tools and coping strategies necessary for success.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active California LCSW license.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in settings such as private practice, outpatient clinics, or community mental health organizations.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
