The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic remote setting that emphasizes collaboration, respect, and professional growth. We are open to flexible work schedules consisting of either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days within our operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to collect vital social, personal, and health-related information.
\n
• Designing and implementing treatment plans that address clients' emotional and psychological needs.
\n
• Coordinating with educational staff, parents, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitating crisis intervention services and stepping in when clients experience acute emotional or behavioral challenges.

• Building therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, respect, and confidentiality with clients and their families.

• Monitoring and documenting clients’ progress, ensuring that all records are maintained in accordance with professional standards.

• Staying informed about the latest developments in social work practices and mental health treatment.

• Taking on additional tasks as designated by supervisors to enhance the overall effectiveness of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves students and their families within school environments, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and significant life transitions. You will collaborate closely with educators and parents to advocate for necessary support and resources, aiming to promote an emotionally healthy school atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

Candidates are required to possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least 4 years of experience in mental health care or a related field, particularly with a focus on behavioral health challenges such as mood disorders, substance dependency, family dynamics, grief, and trauma. Previous experience in educational or school settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
