Director of People & Talent Strategy

Behavioral-Health-Response is seeking a Director of HR to lead the HR department and partner with management to recruit, develop, and train a diverse, high-performing workforce. You will guide staffing, talent strategy, internal communications, and leadership development while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Ideal candidates will have Juris Master or related master’s in HR, 7+ years of progressive HR experience, and strong expertise in employee relations, policy development, and payroll #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavioral-Health-Response
