Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Hampton, VA) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to promote innovative medicines in the Hampton, Virginia territory. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, building customer relationships, and executing territory strategies aligned to patient outcomes and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals with customer-specific strategies aligned to practitioner priorities and patient outcomes
- Develop expertise in Neuroscience portfolio including Caplyta and apply clinical knowledge to customer engagement
- Create and execute strategic pre-call and account plans with regular progress reviews
- Analyze business and market data to identify opportunities and adjust execution strategies
- Conduct meaningful clinical discussions addressing customer needs and supporting informed decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MS, MBA, or PhD preferred
- Three or more years of healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
- Structured sales approach with proven ability to adapt to customer needs
- Experience identifying obstacles, gathering information, and escalating issues appropriately
- Demonstrated track record building trust-based relationships through communication and collaboration
