Role Description
We are looking for a Growth Lead to help scale Rouge Care through paid acquisition, experimentation, and channel optimization.
The Growth Lead owns paid media execution and performance across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Pinterest Ads
This role is heavily focused on:
- Media buying
- Scaling campaigns
- Creative testing
- Landing page experimentation
- Revenue growth
You will also contribute to:
- SEO
- Email/SMS
- Website CRO
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with:
- Creative Director
- Copywriter
- Designer/Video Editor
- Developer
- SEO Consultant
- Email Specialist
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing paid media for e-commerce brands
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with TikTok and Pinterest advertising
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4
- Creative performance mindset to scale
- CRO and experimentation mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Comfortable moving fast and taking ownership
