Recruiter Position At Hold Brothers Capital, LLCHold Brothers Capital, LLC, a proprietary trading firm located in midtown Manhattan, is looking for an experienced recruiter to join its team!Responsibilities include:Working with C-Level executives and senior management to meet firm's hiring needsRecruiting for positions at all levels, from administrative to executive, in areas including finance, technology, and support rolesGaining insight and knowledge of the firm's structure to effectively screen resumes and discern quality candidatesManaging accounts on all recruiting platformsManaging the hiring process from start to finish: screening resumes, sourcing candidates, interviewing & placing new hires, orienting new employeesManaging campus recruitment & coordinating with top tier universities for recruitment of newly implemented internship programEstablishing, tracking, and maintaining relationships with third party recruiting agenciesWorking with senior management to identify strategy improvements, problem solve, and make recommendations for optimizationAssisting senior HR staff with special projects as requestedOther projects and duties for the company outside the scope of HR
