Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and make accurate diagnoses of both acute and chronic medical conditions, utilizing advanced clinical skills and judgment.
• Design, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans in consultation with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure tailored patient care.
• Order, evaluate, and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and imaging studies; prescribe medications and oversee appropriate therapeutic regimens.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication management, and strategies for effective disease management and post-discharge care.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds, sharing insights and collaborating with healthcare teams to facilitate effective and timely patient care decisions.
• Maintain meticulous electronic medical records, ensuring that all patient interactions and treatment plans are documented accurately for compliance and continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practices and patient care delivery, aligning with our organization’s commitment to excellence.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practice, medical research, and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve adult patients with a wide range of medical complexities, including those with co-morbidities and requiring specialized care. Your expertise will be integral in managing patient care across various departments, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and outcomes through evidence-based interventions and compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with an active state nursing license in Florida.
• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required, enhancing your clinical knowledge and skills.
• Strong foundation in nursing principles, coupled with a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment, demonstrating advanced patient management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to attracting top-tier talent and offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
