Key Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental conditions of patients through comprehensive examinations and patient history documentation.

• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures to determine patient health status.

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans that adhere to established protocols while considering safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized, outcomes-driven treatment plans based on the latest evidence and clinical guidelines.

• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, including medication administration and potential side effects.

• Maintain accurate patient records, detailing treatment plans and ensuring timely referrals when necessary.

• Provide consultative services for specialty-related conditions in various healthcare settings beyond the primary clinic.

• Perform specific invasive procedures as delegated by supervising physicians within the competency scope.

• Be flexible to meet departmental coverage needs by occasionally working beyond regular hours.
