Sponsorship Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Sponsorship Strategy & Fulfillment Manager to support the development, execution, and optimization of sponsorship campaigns across digital platforms. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of project management, digital marketing, advertising, and campaign execution experience, along with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience across Digital Marketing, Project Management, Ad Sales, Advertising, Campaign Management, or related fields
• Knowledgeable about the streaming landscape, advertising technology, ad formats, sponsorship packaging, and competitive sponsorship capabilities
• Expertise with social media channels and paid campaigns
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Fulfillment

• Collaborate with Sales and platform teams to develop and fulfill sponsorship campaigns
• Manage the day-to-day execution of client campaigns across digital platforms
• Oversee campaign launches and provide day-of troubleshooting support with internal and external stakeholders

Project Management

• Communicate project parameters including scope, schedule, milestones, and budget
• Lead project kickoffs and status meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution processes to ensure successful campaign completion

Reporting & Optimization

• Advise on campaign optimization strategies using first-party data and research insights
• Prepare campaign reports and communicate performance results to stakeholders
• Track and report revenue associated with sponsorship and digital integration initiatives

Strategy & Business Support

• Monitor industry trends and identify new sponsorship and monetization opportunities
• Partner with Sales teams on the development of client-facing materials and presentations
• Lead the creation of departmental presentation materials and strategic documents
