The Opportunity We’re seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Operations Manager to oversee our busy DAL operation where no two days are alike! The position is based in Dallas, TX. The Impact You Will Have Lead & Motivate: Directly manage 85–90 drivers across multiple airports, creating a collaborative, high‑performance culture Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless, safe, on‑time crew transportation. Solve issues quickly while upholding SkyHop’s high service standards Engage & Develop Drivers: Provide hands‑on support with scheduling, coaching, and performance management to boost service quality and morale Champion Safety & Compliance: Enforce DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
