Legal Assistant

Our client is seeking a Legal Assistant with Personal Injury or Civil Litigation experience to join their team. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide crucial support to an experienced partner and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and performance Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) Retirement plan with a company match of up to 3% of your salary 15 paid days off each year for vacation or personal time 9+ paid holidays, plus extra time off at the partners’ discretion Bonuses may be given during the year, including a possible holiday bonus Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys specializing in Personal Injury/Civil Litigation. Assist in trial preparation. Manage attorneys’ schedules and prepare them for meetings and court appearances. Take initiative to anticipate attorneys’ needs and streamline workflows. Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties. Review, organize, and analyze case materials. Prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal forms. Conduct legal research and provide other support duties as required. Qualifications: Proven working at least 5 years of experience as personal injury/civil litigation/legal assistant/paralegal Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols under State and Federal court systems Excellent writing and typing skills Ability to draft basic legal forms/documents #J-18808-Ljbffr
