LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist. Fully Remote.

Temporary position for about 4 months. 10-15 hours a week.

Pay $30-35 per hour.

Our client is in the Not for Profit industry. This Payroll Specialist will provide interim payroll support for an organization of approximately 325 employees. This individual will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll, maintaining payroll accuracy, and ensuring timely updates to employee time records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now .
• Manage payroll for a workforce of approximately 325 employees .
• Support employees across 46 states , ensuring multi-state payroll compliance and accuracy.
• Review, audit, and update employee time punches each payroll cycle.
• Work closely with a predominantly hourly and union workforce to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll deadlines are met and resolve payroll discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with post-payroll activities, including funding and processing retirement contributions through Corebridge .
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders using Google Workspace .

Qualifications

• Recent experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now required.
• Strong experience supporting multi-state payroll environments .
• Experience working with union and hourly employee populations .
• Proven ability to review and correct timekeeping records and payroll-related issues.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience supporting organizations of similar size (approximately 300-400 employees) preferred.

Additional Information

• Assignment expected to begin the week of August 31 . Virtual Interviews this week
• Position requires approximately 10-15 hours per week . Must be available during the day. **This is NOT a role for someone that is seeking extra hours in the evening after your full time day shift*.
• Organization currently utilizes Google Workspace .
• Must own your own laptop/or computer.
