You'll partner closely with recruiters and business leaders to keep hiring moving forward through seamless coordination, exceptional communication, and strong attention to detail.If you're organized, tech-savvy, love building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career!This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in office each week) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky.Your Recipe for SuccessWe're looking for someone who brings:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a related field preferredExperience working with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, or recruiting technologyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPointStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA customer service mindset with a passion for supporting candidates, hiring leaders, and team membersAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyQuick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processesPositive attitude, strong follow-through, and a team-first approachWhat's On Your PlateAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll help keep our recruiting engine running smoothly by:Coordinating interviews, meetings, and candidate touchpoints throughout the hiring processCommunicating with candidates and hiring leaders to provide timely updates and supportAssisting recruiters with job postings, requisition updates, candidate movement, and hiring documentationMaintaining accurate candidate and requisition data within recruiting systemsMonitoring recruiting workflows and ensuring timely follow-up on hiring activitiesSupporting reporting, tracking, and Talent Acquisition metricsAssisting with system updates, audits, testing, and data cleanup projectsCreating and maintaining recruiting resources, templates, job aids, and process documentationSupporting candidate experience initiatives and responding to Talent Acquisition inquiriesPartnering with internal teams on background checks, onboarding, compliance, and other hiring-related processesIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and consistency across recruiting processesSupporting special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition teamRepresenting Texas Roadhouse culture and core values in every interactionWhy You'll Love Your JobAs our founder Kent Taylor said, "We're a people-first company that just happens to serve steaks."
