More than 3,500 employees, 400 multi-specialty physicians, and over 100 volunteers have helped to support the hospital in delivering quality, patient focused care to the Texoma region for over 50 years.Position SummaryPerform analysis, testing and installation for new hardware and software. Troubleshoot and repair existing equipment, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products. Work collaboratively with other staff to resolve customer issues. Document tickets in the help desk system. Provide customer support through Help Desk coverage and technical support. Assist with connectivity issues. Takes call on a rotating basis. Some travel to remote locations in the Texoma area. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in software and hardware support for end users, preferably in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of computer operating systems; all Windows versions. Ability to analyze and resolve issues within established timeframes. Knowledge of desktop applications including most Microsoft applications. Ability to organize and prioritize time based on directives. Ability to travel to remote sites, which requires dependable transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule as assigned.
