Animal Care Centers PA is a family owned practice, providing quality veterinary care for pets and their families in the Morris, Sussex and Warren county area. Responsibilities: Greet clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive front desk experience. We need a people person who will make true connections with our clients and their pets. Schedule and confirm appointments, managing a busy veterinary calendar, including doctor appointments, technician appointments, surgical schedule and small boarding kennel Answer multi-line phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff, a real go to person! Process client payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records and are comfortable discussing estimate treatment options and knowledge of Care Credit Maintain and update patient medical records using veterinary practice management software (we use EzyVet) Providing general information regarding Animal Care Centers policies, services and pricing to our clients Support a clean, organized, and welcoming waiting area and front desk environment, exam rooms and beyond! Willing to jump in whenever needed!! Requirements: Prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service receptionist role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system in a high-volume setting Proficiency with veterinary practice management software (we use EzyVet) is a plus.
