Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gauge clients' mental health conditions, establish rapport, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that are sensitive to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and more, ensuring each client feels heard and valued.

• Monitor client progress regularly, utilizing evidence-based tools and assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethics, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest professional standards.

Vibrant Soul Recovery Facility offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
