Senior Manager, CRM Program Management and Governance

Responsibilities
- Own strategic roadmap governance and portfolio alignment across global CRM organizations
- Lead decision forums, steering committees, and executive stakeholder reporting on delivery outcomes
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Oversee demand intake framework and maintain integrated roadmaps across regions and business units
- Drive execution of concurrent CRM initiatives and coordinate change management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Program management experience with enterprise software implementations
- Demonstrated governance and decision-framework design expertise
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with vendor contract and license management
