Established manufacturing company has extensive experience producing flexible packaging and bag products for a variety of industries. A fast-paced production environment centered on consistent quality, reliable manufacturing, and meeting customer needs. Offers hands-on manufacturing experience with opportunities to develop skills, take on responsibility, and grow within the operation.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM

Pay: $25 - $30 (depending on experience)

HR Specialist Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Employee Relations & Compliance – Support employee relations, performance, attendance, investigations, leave administration, and HR policy compliance.
• Recruiting & HR Administration – Manage recruiting, onboarding, I-9s, employee records, payroll/timekeeping, and benefits support.
• Workforce & Leadership Support – Partner with plant leadership on staffing, training, retention, employee engagement, and workplace culture.

HR Specialist Qualifications:

• Previous Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or fast-paced environment.
• HR Knowledge – Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, and employment law compliance.
• Communication & Organization – Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with employees and leadership.
