Work Environment

Your role will be situated in our collaborative outpatient office, designed to facilitate a patient-centered approach to care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to understand their specific rehabilitation needs and goals.
• Execute individualized therapy plans that leverage early intervention techniques, ensuring timely evaluations and treatments on the same day.
• Maintain a productive caseload that involves managing administrative tasks such as documentation, coding, and charge capture in clinical systems.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and enhance patient care protocols.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular engagement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state practice acts, regulations, and workers' compensation guidelines to uphold the standard of care.
• Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction metrics, striving to improve the overall experience for patients and families.
• Utilize the Physical Therapy Guidebook to ensure that every patient visit aligns with the highest standards of practice.
• Work with fellow therapists to manage clinical outcomes and strategize on addressing complex cases or outliers.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes teamwork, focusing on quality care and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
