Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, deposits, billing, and account reconciliation.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and assisting with billing or account questions.
• Perform general administrative and office support, including data entry, filing, recordkeeping, document preparation, and maintaining organized office files.
• Use Microsoft Office and accounting/office software to process transactions, maintain records, prepare documents, and manage daily communications.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and staff while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of organization.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in AP/AR, bookkeeping, office administration, or a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, email, and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional, dependable, and friendly with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
