Pharmacy Clinical and Residency Supervisor - Sharp Grossmont Hospital

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum) $90.510 - $116.790 - $130.800 What You Will Do The role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the pharmacy residency program at Sharp Grossmont Hospital while advancing clinical pharmacy practice, education, and staff development. This role coordinates educational programming, provides mentorship to residents and staff, and supports ongoing professional development initiatives, including the department’s continuing education program. Required Qualifications Completed ASHP accredited PGY1 and a minimum of 3 years of experience; Or Completed ASHP accredited PGY1 and 2 and a minimum of 1 year experience; Or 2 Years leadership experience. California Pharmacist License - CA State Board of Pharmacy ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association Other Qualification Requirements Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification - preferred.
