Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates remotely, allowing for optimal work-life balance while still delivering critical mental health services. Employees are supported by a clinically-led team structure that guides practice standards and ensures adherence to professional ethics. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, discuss stability, monitor upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, continuously monitoring their effectiveness and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Fortitude Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a varied patient population that includes adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health issues. Your approach will be informed by presenting symptoms and client backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects individuality and developmental stages.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LPC license, actively maintained and free of disciplinary actions.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, post-graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for scheduling, documentation, and data management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and intervention techniques.

• Experience in multi-disciplinary team settings and collaborative psycho-social care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
