Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to determine the needs and challenges of clients, documenting all findings accurately in accordance with legal and professional standards.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating evidence-based practices and tailoring interventions based on specific client goals.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and healing, while continuously assessing client progress.

• Provide case management services, including coordinating care with other providers, facilitating referrals, and maintaining communication with clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily interface with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support, from individuals dealing with anxiety and depression to couples navigating relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work preferred.

• Possession of an independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is mandatory; having licenses in multiple states is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in electronic communication and familiarity with computer applications, specifically electronic medical records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
