Based in our Bloomington corporate office, our marketing team is collaborative, energetic, and eager to drive results.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll drive key initiatives focused on reputation management and communications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reputation management for Timberland Partners and our communities
• Prospect and resident communications
• Internal communications, including intranet optimization

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and project management skills

Pay: $62,000 - $75,000 per year

Physical Demands

This position is periodically sedentary but requires mobility. Involves sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods. Some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
