Role Description

As a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the Third-Party Administrator and Payer Solutions Technology organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership, shape the future of healthcare technology, and drive enterprise-wide impact through strategy, innovation, and operational excellence.

Define and evolve the multi-year technology strategy, executive roadmap, and investment priorities.
Lead the operating rhythm of the technology organization, including strategic planning and governance.
Oversee technology portfolio governance, capital planning, financial management, and strategic initiatives.
Drive accountability across strategic programs and technology initiatives by monitoring delivery performance.
Partner with various stakeholders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and technology transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology strategy, business management, strategic planning, or related leadership roles.
10+ years of experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
10+ years of experience leading technology portfolios and strategic initiatives within large-scale technology organizations.
10+ years of experience developing executive-level presentations and communications.
5+ years of experience working across technology disciplines to diagnose complex technical challenges.

Requirements

Experience within a healthcare, payer, third-party administrator, or Fortune 100 technology organization.
Experience in technology strategy, management consulting, digital transformation, or business management functions.
Familiarity with healthcare technology trends and emerging technologies impacting healthcare operations.
Experience supporting a Chief Technology Officer or senior technology executive in strategy and planning.
Experience governing large-scale transformation programs and executive reporting within complex organizations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on various factors including experience, education, and geography.
