Lead Administrative Assistant

Our Foundation: The Opportunity We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys creating organization, support, and exceptional experiences for both clients and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to step into a stable, long-term position with training overlap and succession planning support. How You Will Contribute Support the Tax team with day-to-day administrative operations Coordinate client communication and document collection Organize and maintain confidential client records and tax documentation Assist with workflow tracking, deadlines, and engagement coordination Support scheduling, filing, reporting, and administrative processes Deliver a professional, responsive, and welcoming client experience Help maintain organization and efficiency during peak tax season Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years of administrative experience within a CPA firm or tax office strongly preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and client service abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Flexibility to work additional hours during peak tax season as needed Preferred Software Experience Experience with any of the following platforms is a strong plus: Thomson Reuters Suite (UltraTax, Practice, GoFileRoom, FirmFlow) SafeSend Canopy or similar workflow/document management systems If you are highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in tax office administration, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Haga Kommer team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
