Production Workers Needed - Join a Leader in Manufacturing

Location: Chicago Heights, IL

Pay Rate: $24.04

Shift: 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Our client, a leading organization in the construction manufacturing industry, is seeking Precast Operators to join their team. As a Precast Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality construction components.


What's the Job?

• Set up and prepare molds for pouring concrete products.
• Accurately mix and pour concrete into the prepared forms.
• Place and secure rebar or wire mesh to reinforce concrete
• Finish the surface of the concrete and monitor the curing process
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and vibrators to move materials and equipment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical strength to lift heavy loads.
