Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily include individuals dealing with varying degrees of substance use disorders, alongside their families who often face their own challenges related to a loved one's addiction. Your role will primarily focus on supporting these clients through their recovery journeys by providing compassion, guidance, and expert therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy in an addiction treatment context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
