Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional wellness, utilizing standardized screening tools to identify challenges and areas of focus.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Provide timely crisis intervention when clients experience acute distress, using de-escalation techniques and planning for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n
