Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing tools and methodologies to develop tailored treatment plans that are responsive to their individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, employing a diverse range of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to address a variety of mental health conditions.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating interdisciplinary meetings and discussions to track progress and adapt treatment as necessary.

• Deliver crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, utilizing your skills to assess risk and implement immediate action plans that stabilize their mental health situation.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops aimed at raising mental health awareness and providing resources to vulnerable populations, thereby supporting our mission of accessible care.

You will have the opportunity to serve a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from varied backgrounds and cultural contexts. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and respect with clients.

• Demonstrate cultural competence, ensuring an empathetic, understanding approach tailored to the unique backgrounds of clients.

• Show strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring meticulous case documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of proven clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community mental health settings or specialized certifications in trauma-informed care or substance use counseling will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
