Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Serving a diverse clientele, our organization focuses on individuals who are managing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds, providing culturally competent care tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
