Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, establishing effective and individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices for individual, group, and family therapy.

• Engage in collaborative care with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being, while also coordinating care for clients with complex needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services, applying your expertise to support clients in acute distress and managing emergency situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure credentials.
