Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, enabling tailored treatment approaches.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience, adjusting plans based on patient feedback and progress.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions geared toward helping patients process trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for every patient.

• Provide crisis intervention in situations where trauma-related emergencies arise, ensuring that patients receive immediate support and assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will primarily focus on a diverse clientele of trauma survivors dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
