Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing standardized tools to determine clients' needs and emotional states.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring each session is tailored to the client's progress.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention servicesDevelop and facilitate support groups or therapy workshops designed to enhance coping strategies and problem-solving skills.

• Accurately document all client interactions and treatment plans in a secure electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to clinical best practices, confidentiality guidelines, and legal standards.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and additional healthcare providers to deliver well-rounded care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments in mental health to ensure the application of current best practices.

• Participate in supervision meetings and training opportunities to enhance your skills and ensure continuous professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are diverse, ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, your role will be crucial in helping them navigate their issues, applying therapeutic techniques that resonate with their backgrounds and unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensing in Washington State as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

• Proven clinical assessment skills, alongside ability to construct and implement effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
