• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding on different materials.
• Fabricate metal components and structures according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality.
• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or fabrication preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder and fabricator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in various welding techniques and familiar with metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a welding environment.
