• Maintaining professionalism and adhering to corporate office attire while representing TaxFam’s commitment to excellence.
• Supporting the team by reviewing documents and ensuring all client information is handled with precision and confidentiality.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• A background in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required.
