HVAC Sales Consultant - Boston Standard Company: Boston Standard Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Boston Standard is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their comfort needs, and recommend the right HVAC solutions for their homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the HVAC industry, is comfortable selling in the home, and knows how to build trust with customers. What You'll Do Run company-provided residential HVAC sales leads Meet with homeowners and assess their HVAC needs Recommend replacement and upgrade options including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and central AC systems Prepare and present estimates and financing options Educate customers and clearly explain equipment and system options Follow up with customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline Accurately document leads, estimates, follow-ups, and sold jobs in ServiceTitan Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and close-rate goals What We’re Looking For HVAC or home services industry experience required Residential in-home sales experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and replacement options ServiceTitan experience required Proven ability to close sales and meet revenue goals Comfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple options Strong communication and customer service skills Organized with excellent follow-up Valid driver's license Why Boston Standard?
