Bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description The Human Resources professional at DCB supports the daily operations of our HR department, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining meticulous records, and serving as a key point of contact for staff HR inquiries. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to supporting employees and school leadership with care and efficiency. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries related to time, attendance, payroll, and workers’ compensation. Partner with our finance team (EdOps) to process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule. Respond promptly to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies. Complete employment verifications and maintain organized HR records. Support HR compliance through volunteer application processing and background documentation management. Translate HR policy and procedural documents from English to Spanish. Assist with onboarding and offboarding, employee record updates, and HRIS maintenance. Track attendance, PTO, and timesheets; prepare HR reports and data summaries. Collaborate on recruitment, hiring, and HR-led training events.
