Bilingual Human Resources Employee Relations/Generalist

Join a growing hospitality and events organization in a hands-on Bilingual Human Resource Generalist role supporting both field teams and leadership. You'll help bring structure, consistency, and clarity to HR processes while working closely with an experienced HR leader in a fast-moving, multi-location environment.
This role blends systems work, employee support, and operational HR execution - ideal for someone who enjoys being both in the details and in direct connection with employees.
Competitive base salary of $64-71K, before bonus and commensurate with experience
Direct partnership with an experienced HR leader
Opportunity to build structure in a scaling organization
Ownership of both systems and employee-facing HR work
Strong, engaged field teams and collaborative culture
Maintain accurate employee data and workflows within HRIS (Paycom preferred)
Support day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and teams
Serve as bilingual HR support for employees and managers (English/Spanish)
Assist with employee relations matters including documentation and resolution support
Support compliance activities including audits, policies, and handbook updates
Help ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations
Prepare HR reporting on headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics
Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and operational workflows
Support consistency of HR practices across all field locations
Fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Comfortable supporting hourly and field-based teams with professionalism and empathy
Comfortable in evolving environments where structure is being built and refined
5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
- HRIS experience required; Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-site environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel locally between operational sites as needed
This is a hands-on, field-connected HR role—not a purely administrative or corporate HR function. You'll be actively involved in both systems and people support while helping build structure in a growing organization.
