Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the recruitment team to support our growing IT staffing and enterprise solutions business. This role requires a strong understanding of technical recruiting, team leadership, and client-driven hiring needs. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, drive performance, and ensure high-quality candidate delivery across multiple client accounts. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of recruiters (junior to senior level) Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (contract, C2C, full-time) Partner with Sales teams to understand client requirements Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies Monitor team performance (submissions, interviews, placements, conversions) Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client SLAs Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key technologies Train, mentor, and upskill recruitment team members Optimize use of ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools Improve recruitment processes, workflows, and reporting metrics Ensure high candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring process Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in IT recruiting or staffing 2+ years of experience managing or leading recruitment teams Strong experience with US staffing (W2, C2C, 1099, contract roles) Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and managing team KPIs Experience working with job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM systems Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, cloud, data, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise clients Background in both agency staffing and/or in-house recruiting Experience scaling recruitment teams in a high-growth environment Familiarity with offshore/onshore recruiting models #J-18808-Ljbffr Ledelsea
