Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic alliances to promote trust and openness.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans and strategies as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with standards and support quality care.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients, gathering essential background information to inform treatment.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions aimed at refining your skills and enhancing clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your work will encompass individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, all aimed at promoting healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, clinical psychology, or related fields is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms, Excel spreadsheets, and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates are paid in advance of collections, minimizing the financial waiting period. Additional benefits include:
