• Perform daily, weekly, monthlysystem monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNowapplications

• Collaborate with Platform andDelivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching. Coordinatesystem updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, andconfiguration changes

• Assist with reportconfiguration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operationaladministrative tasks, as needed

• Actively collaborates withother teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments andprojects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed

• Support the administration forProduction and non-prod instances

• Collaborate with the ProductionSupport and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases

• Document administrativeprocesses and issues resolution

• Working with business linestakeholders to develop clear requirements.

• Participate in the daily scrummeeting and other related Agile ceremonies

• Responsible for performingdaily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of theServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.

What you will bring

• 3+ Years' experience withServiceNow Platform Administration

• 3+ Years of experience withApplication Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge,Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB

• Current ServiceNow SystemAdministrator certification required

• Strong experience in systemadministration and JavaScript

• Ability to troubleshoot complextechnical issues

• Experience diagnosingperformance related issues

• Agile experience

• Current ServiceNow SystemAdministrator (CSA) certification required

• Priority consideration given tocandidate that possess a current ServiceNow Certified ImplementationSpecialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification

Desired Skills

• ServiceNow Development andAdministration/Integration

• ServiceNow CertifiedApplication Developer

• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4

Education:

• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
