About the Team At Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts, a dedicated team of healthcare professionals from multiple disciplines collaborates to create personalized treatment plans for each patient. As a critical care hospital, we specialize in caring for individuals with complex medical conditions who require extended recovery in a hospital setting. How you\'ll contribute The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for assessing patients\' functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to promote independence in daily activities. This position involves close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care, accurate documentation of progress, and education for patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use. The OT ensures all care is delivered in compliance with professional, regulatory, and safety standards.
