You'll help construction professionals find the right solutions, demonstrate cutting-edge products, and build trusted relationships that last. This isn't just retail, it's hands-on partnership that drives productivity, safety, and sustainability while accelerating your career.\n\nWhat You'll do\n\n Sell, service, and promote the full Hilti product line directly to walk in customers and smaller field accounts; create innovative ways to drive sales through merchandising and product demo efforts.\n Review and analyze all shipping documents and sales trends; identify and make corrections to ensure correct inventory levels are on hand to drive sales.\n Post receipts, disbursements, and material returns; review reorder recommendations to ensure adequate replenishment of the Hilti Store.\n Expedite customer backorders and switch to locations that meet customers' delivery requirements with the most cost-effective mode of transportation.\n Reconcile opening, closing, and annual physical inventories for the Hilti Store.\n Audit Hilti Store cycle counts, backorders, unconfirmed orders, and manual stock status transactions to ensure inventory levels are correct and consistent.\n Maintain a clean and organized work area and storefront; keep assigned equipment in good order.\n Additional duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Bring\n\n High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.\n Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred.\n Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment.\n Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\n Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships.\n Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months.\nWhat's In It for You\n\n\nOur Account Manager Trainees earn between $51,000 - $53,000 base with an 11.5% bonus that is paid quarterly.
