Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and evaluations for new clients, prioritizing understanding each individual's unique mental health needs and personal history.

• Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions for individuals facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship dynamics.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring that objectives and therapeutic interventions align with clients' specific goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing urgent mental health crises.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, including available resources and coping mechanisms, to empower them in their healing journeys.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Uphold the legal and ethical guidelines governing counseling practices, ensuring each client’s confidentiality and informed consent are prioritized.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, with a fee-for-service model providing guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
