Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals and families facing various challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, emotional trauma, grief or loss, and navigating significant life changes. You will also provide support for clients dealing with medication management and end-of-life planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to wellness that respects each individual’s journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Washington, with no restrictions on practice.
\n
• A minimum of three years of direct experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with relevant work performed in the past 36 months.

• Proficiency with computers and video conferencing technology; previous experience with telemedicine is favorable.

• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating mental and emotional dysfunctions.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions via telemedicine.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
