Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans to address their unique situations.

• Facilitate individual therapy, couple’s therapy, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will have the opportunity to provide support for issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety disorders, depression, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license to practice in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in therapy, demonstrating a strong background in patient engagement and therapeutic interventions.

• Ability to conduct therapy both in-person and via telehealth platforms, adapting approaches as necessary to meet client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
