Job Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales / Account Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing LED lighting manufacturing team in Irwindale, CA. This role is ideal for a sales professional with previous LED lighting, electrical lighting, commercial lighting, or closely related product sales experience who enjoys building customer relationships and providing responsive, knowledgeable support.

The Inside Sales / Account Manager will support customers from initial inquiry through quote, order processing, and fulfillment coordination. This opportunity offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to grow with an expanding manufacturer. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with accurate product and order information.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on customer quotes in a timely and professional manner.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately while maintaining detailed CRM records.
- Recommend LED lighting solutions based on customer needs, applications, and product availability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
